I know pretty much what I want - a simple fingertip ivory veil with thin ribbon edge. I liked the one at Bridal Reflections but they would charge me $396.
I would like to spend $50-100.
How are the veils from eBay or veilshop?
I'm very skeptical.

I bought mine on ebay (veilsbylana). It was $14.00 I think. It's simple 2 tiered fingettip length with edging. It's not the softest tulle in the world but it'll definitely do the job. (Pics in my album if you want to check it out)

i also got one there, but the ivory is too dark for my dress so i won't be using it...but it is gorgeous and sometimes i just put it on a prance around...

I bought my veil from veilshop and it was great. i just wanted a simple veil, they had a lot of choices, good delivery time, they do have a decent return policy so if you dont like it you can mail it back ,and their prices are good.

I LOVE ebay.
That being said, you never know what you've relly got unitl you get it. There area hundred shades of white, so if you want your veil to truly match your dress, you've got to see it in person. Bring a swatch of yor dress with you.
Check out Tri County, lots of LIW brides rave about them.

There is a place called Bridal Veil Falls in the village and the woman makes veils for pretty cheap.
