i look at people's rings all the time. always in a good way.

I was having a conversation with a women one day and all of a sudden she stopped talking and i felt like a food because I am staring at her like, what the hell is wrong with you. After a few ackward seconds she said i am so sorry i was distracted my your ring. I took it as a compliment and it made me feel good but it was a bit uncomfortable that she was just staring.

I have people stare on the subway all the time! I instantly clench into a fist in case they're plotting to grab it off of my hand!

Honestly sometimes it does make me uncomfortable when its a stranger, numerous times I've been in restaurants or the grocery store and people will say 'wow your ring is gorgeous'

I feel the same way. . . or lately strangers have been asking me about my wedding plans and it has been annoying me. . . not sure why?! maybe because they are strangers

yes. and its a little werid.
but what i cant stand is when people touch it. i work in a jewelery store and all my costumers just have to touch it. WHY!?!?!?!? like i write up jobs and they have to say haw nice and pretty and then tounch it. i just dont understand.

Nah...i dont really see people looking at my ring. there are people i work with that didnt even know i was engaged! (women, nontheless- i thought they always looked!)
