B/c we're leaving super early the next morning for our HM flight - I may end up having to give my mom my gown at the end of the night - but then what should I change into - the party is over, does it even matter?

Re: Anyone changing out of gown at reception hall?
We're leaving the RH that night and then staying at a hotel close to the airport so I'll have to change out of my dress and give it to my mom. I just bought a casual skirt and I'm looking for a cute top to go with it. It doesn't really matter what you wear but I want to look nice, to each her own!

I sort of feel that way too though, like I still need to look cute:)! Maybe I'll wear my bride tank top one last time with a cute skirt.

I'm not, but if I were, I would get a cute white dress or something to wear. Like in the 'old days' when brides got 'going away' outfits.

I am changing into my Chinese wedding dress towards the end of the reception.

My cousins wife changed mid-way into the reception from her white strapless ball gown into a sexy red two piece spanish looking strapless top and matching long skirt with a flower in her hair. They did some sexy spanish dance. It was pretty cool, but i would rather stay in my dress all night. If i could wear it on the flight to the HM i WOULD!

I did! DH and I didn't stay at the hotel with the rest of the guests since we left an a really really flight the next day. I put on jeans, my 'bride' sweatshirt and flip flops. A very 'me' outfit. I danced two more songs in my comfy clothes and there are some cute pics from it.
I did leave my veil and tiarra on until I got to the hotel.
