Anyone commute on LIRR from Rock Centre or Baldwin?

Can anyone park there? What is parking like? DH and I may have to commute to the city from there one day a week for a month and trying to figure out our parking options. We would be getting to the lot pretty early - most days before 7am but not leave until close to 7pm.

Wish I could be more helpful. My supervisor commutes from there, but she is close enough to walk to the station. She says the ride in is pretty quick tho.
