I'm trying to think of areas to save $$ and I was thinking of making my own invitations! Is anyone else thinking of doing this? Do you think it'll be more of a hassle than it's worth?

I personally get really aggrivated when I start doing little intricate things (centering things perfectly, picking the perfect font, etc).
For the well-being of my FH (who'd I'd probably yell at when I screwed them up) I'll have mine done online.
I really liked Jean M's invites (the first one in my invite album is Jean M). Does anyone have any experience with them? Or know if they are considered 'reasonable'?
If you have patience, I'd day go for it!! It would save a good chunk of change!

I've thought about this! When I get frustrated I get really mean, and FH is the person that's there all the time so it's usually towards him, poor FH. Anyway, I figured once I do center it and figure it out then it's just printing 100 of them, I'm going to buy a pack and practice and if it's really terrible I'll suck it up and pay for them

FI and I are making and printing our own invites my inspiration is from a few different brides on the knot and of course CaMacho! Fourtunately FI works in graphics and prinitng

if u want something simple this is what i made for my shower all i bought was vellum stickers ( believe it or not!) the petal envelopes which were like 1.00 and you print your own cardstock
