I asked DH if we could decorate tommorow. We aren't even fully unpacked but I only have 1 free day between now and New Years!

i just put up our tree today! It's a small one...used to be my grandma's so it's very sentimental! Will try and do the outside lites sometime this week or weekend...DH is away on business and this is something i enjoy doing on my own anyway (yeah i know...i am weird)

I have started but I need to finish. Everything needs to be done by Wednesday, when my step-mother inlaw comes to town for FIL's annual holiday party.

nope, I do it every year all by myself.. This is one thing he does not like to help with at all.

We unpacked and put up the tree only. DH thinks everything should be done in steps. His famous words 'It's a procedd'. Hopefully we are fully decorated by our Christmas party next week.

I've been trying decorate for the past week..but everything I've been trying to do hasn't come out right..since my apt. is too small for a tree..I have to settle for a real small tree to put on the mantle. Problem is I still haven't found a small tree that I like and that is not too cheesy...Hopefully I should be done by Tuesday...Thanks for hearing me vent..my husband thinks I'm crazy for stressing about this..

I put up my tree all by myself last weekend!! I was so proud of myself since I had to yank down each piece of our fake tree.....it scratched the sh*t out of me, but I survived now we just have to break out the lit up trees & grazing deer for outside!

We did the inside yesterday--2nd year was a little easier b/c now we know where stuff goes--not to mention, we actually have stuff. Not sure what we're doing to the outside. We renovated outside over the summer so they'll be no staple gunning lights and garland to the door frame this year.

yes! the tree is up, the stockings are hanging from the fireplace and there's a wreath on the door. the place looks awesome, i love christmas

Just got the Christmas stuff out yesterday and hope to decorate this week. It's hard because we're in the middle of DH trying to move his stuff in and putting furniture together in a very tight space.
