I thought 'Waiting for Tonight' by Jennifer Lopez. When I first heard that song a long time ago, my first thought was my wedding reception. I guess because I was waiting.....
and i mean the ring...i dont mean what some other people wait for.

I want to do this for him. I want to use baseballs' anthem, but might do it at the rehearsal dinner since I want to use the yankee stadium at his grooms cake. Wouldn't know what song for the wedding though. Sorry, not much help.

I really want to do that... my FH and I always jokingly dedicate songs to each other when we hear them on the radio and we are together.. I think he'd get a kick out of it

i love the jessica and nick version of Take my breathe away... i am going to ask my band to learn it like they sang it on oprah as a duet i thought the first song was our song.. i didnt know people dedicate another
we are going to dance top the first one alone but 1/2 way through have people join in.. i feel liek it gets boring when no one joins in

We each did a song to the other.
Mine to him, was 'I'll Always Love You' by Taylor Dayne.
Him to me, was 'Every Time I Close My Eyes' by Babyface.

We also dedicate songs to each other when we hear them on the radio...ha...there is a list of songs I want...I plan on doing this--but haven't decided on which song, maybe more than one?

I was thinking of doing that too--I was at a friends wedding last summer and she wrote a song for her husband, played and sang it for him during their reception, it was absolutly beautiful--I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do that but I think I would lose it in the middle of the song!
