Anyone DIYing Table #s?

Has anyone seen/know how to make/know where to buy those frames for the table # cards that are like all bedazzled? I read on here awhile back that someone made them herself, and they looked amazing!

Here's two pics of them that I found online, and I wanted to try to make them. But I wanted to hear from some of you who did something like this and see if it was really time consuming or just really hard

I made those for my table #s. I found it easy and not too time consuming. I will send you FM of the directions. I have mine in my album wedding things.

I think 'Courtz' did this or something like it and I think she mentioned she was going to sell them after her wedding which is this weekend.
