Anyone do Black Friday??

Alright.....

So I was across the street from North Shore Hospital or LIJ (i always get them confused) Anyway, I was in a card store buying a card for my then boyfriend who was in the hospital. I was like almost 20yrs old at the time and I had this gorgeous new Gucci bag my mom bought for me. So before I know it, some woman came from behind me, right near the counter, threw me to the ground and tired to grab my purse. She called me some names and what not and I was not lettting go of the bag. She punched me and then I started screaming and kicking her in the head. Well the guy comes around the counter and gets her off of me and she runs off outside of the store, hops in a van and drives away.

We called the cops and apparently, since its a wealthy area, there were reports of this van stalking women and stealing their 'designer bags' bc they assume they have a lot money in them.....meanwhile I might have a nice bag but I only have like $3 in the wallet.

So long story short - The cop told me I was an idiot for not giving her the bag bc she could have had a weapon - I told him I wasn't giving up my new bag without a good fight.

THAT'S MY KIND OF GIRL!!!!

and my favorite part is.. expensive bag with like 3 dollars in it... hi thats me!

omg can we say kindred spirit?!??!?!

i have a sinking feeling fh won't be giving me expensive handbags for christmas/birthdays or anniversaries anymore and instead get me something useful like a new kitchenaid instead or an iron?!

oh and christine, can i mention that i'd have you walk with me anyday we can protect our gucci's together and our combined 20 bucks

i can let them think i can karate chop em

I can't do black friday..it's just a set up for me to get into an argument because I can not stand crowds!! lol. For the past few years, I have completed most of my holiday shopping on the internet in the serenity of my living room! lol.

That's me... and you can buy stuff on the internet cheap enough if you look hard... and I get free shipping so it's a win-win.
