I just spoke with my dentist about 'Zoom' last week but have to admit I'm also nervous because I've never heard of anyone having it done....

Don't be nervous....it doesn't hurt. It makes your teeth very sensitive.
I would recommend the bleach trays. You can do it with the Zoom also if you prefer both. With the trays you can control the white-ness. You cna always buy more gel to touch up before an event or something. ALso if you are sensitive then you can skip a day.
FM if you have any Q's.....I used to work in a dental office.
