I know that i should post this on teh slim down board but this gets more traffic. i just joined b/c i am disgusted with myself and i decided to try the core plan. anyone else do this so maybe it'll be easier if i can do it with someone?

Personally I get more out of the meetings...I think it gives me a boost...even if they are cheezy at times!!
