I LOVE letterpress and looked at doing it myself, but the invite I fell in love with was too expensive for the amount that i needed (i had around 200 guests).
The vendor that had the invite i loved was called A Day in May Design, based in San Francisco, California.
Loved their stuff. I ended up slightly imitating the sample that i got from them as it was so expensive, but doing it in thermography.
Also, i recently saw an absolutely awesome letter press invitation from a wedding my parents went to. All pink and green themed. The bride works at Lily Pulitzer and used those colors. It looked awesome.

I have a letterpress invitation and response card. FSIL is a graphic designer and designed the invitation and response card for us. After alot of research, we selected to have them printed by Dependable Letterpress in San Francisco. We used Arturo wedding paper in Soft White and had them printed in black ink.
