Or has anyone done their own? I dont wear alot and am having a problem finding someone. I want to look like me...not someone else Oh god! 48 days. I wanna cry

I felt the same way and I had 3 trials. You'll find someone. Don't do your own makeup the day of. You always need a little more for the pictures. Why don't you bring some pictures of yourself to the make up artist and show them how you usually wear your make up and maybe they can accentuate it a little more to help w/ those photographs.

I thought the same thing. I am going to go and have some trials done with the makeup. If I don't find anyone or anything I like, I will do it myself. I am pretty good with makeup and know how I want to look. My major concern was like yours I don't want to look like a clown! Try it out first though and see what people have to offer you.

I was thinking of doing my own... I have done a lot of theatrical make-up, so I'm pretty sure I can handle the whole 'need extra for the cameras' thing... but I will do a TON of trials on my own first, and maybe have 1 or 2 professional trials anyway....

I am considering doing my own makeup. I figure I can go to a boutique that does bridal makeup and have them 'teach' me how they do it and purchase some or all of the cosmetics from them. I'm in need of new make-up anyway.

I did my own makeup for my wedding......and it wasn't too bad....
I wanted to look like myself, so I ended up going to MAC and they helped me pick out some colors and gave me some tips. I applied it myself the day of and I actually did my one of my bridesmaids too.....
