anyone doing thier budget... how did you go about it?
This weekend I am sitting down to figure out payment schedules for all the vendors... how are you guys doing this? what is the easiest way? I am overwhelmed...... and I hate anything to do with numbers....

I agree with Jill. I also liked the budget tools on Weddingchannel.com, and in Modern Bride Magazine. The website gave me more specific numbers, and the Magazine was a great starting place for a basic framework.
I'd start by figuring out TOTAL how much you want to spend, and then divvy it up in the Magazine and websites.
