Registering for your honeymoon? There are a few sites that allow you to register for your honeymoon - with guests giving you gift certificates to pay for things like spa services, dinner on the beach, snorkeling, a night in your hotel, part of your airfare or even cash.

I do not think it's 'tacky' at all and I had a friend use Starwoods 'honey money' for her September wedding. Since she and her husband had been together for like 10 years before the wedding and they already owned a house together they did not need much more than formal china, silverware and new luggage (registry items).
I picked a set of china from her other registry since she added Starwoods after I purchased the gift. I do know a few coworkers did buy from the Starwoods registry though.
