I'm not putting my Flower Girl in a replica or even white dress she is gonna have the same color as the BM. My mom brought it to my attention and she felt that I should be the only one wearing white and I kinda agree with her.
Anyone else doing this??

My Flower girl is wearing yellow the same color as the MOH. The dress has a white sash and some white tulle at the bottom, but it's primarily yellow.

right now my idea is to put my FG in a combo of the white & euro red...I really don't mind her being in all white, but she will only be 3...You know how they can be messy

I actually never thought about it like that. I can see what your mom is saying. However, wedding dresses today arent as traditional as they used to be. Some are ivory or off white. Some are starting to even add some color. Other dresses have very distinguished patterns such as silver flowers so I dont think you need to worry about the FG taking away from the tradition of the bride wearing white.

I personally want my flower girls to look just like a mini me, but I've heard people's remarks for that too.
Just do what you want, that's what it boils down to.

Remember little girls are supposed to be pure and innocent. There is nothing more pure an innocent than a little girl in a white dress. Nothing will ever take the spotlight away from you. Do as you wish.

I think it is up to you. If you would rather be the only one wearing white, I'm sure your FG will look cute in the same color as the BMs.

You can totally do whatever you want. It is not that big of a deal if you decide not to put your FG in white. I am still undecided also. My FG and Jr. BM are sisters and I am having them walk down the aisle together (which you usually do not do) but i think i will be cute. I might have them in similar dresses and it may not be white. I still do not know yet. Whatever you decide is fine. BTW, i was a FG twice (many years ago) and i did not wear white...I wore the same color as the BP. Yes it was a long time ago, but i do not think it really matters. So don't worry!

I really wanted to be the only one in white...but my BP is going to black and white. Maybe my fg will wear white with a black bow?
