I slept like 3 hours on Sunday night....and last night I had issues as well...i think i slept maybe 4 hours...
I've tried: Ambien, Unisom, Generic over the couner sleeping pill, Nyquill and many other things I can't think of.
Seriously.....i can't be the only one...
What works for you????

Benedryl.
Works like a charm. It makes me fall asleep and I don't wake up like a zombie.

I used to take 'Calms Forte' is was a natural sleep aide but worked amazing! It also helps if you are feeling stressed or anxious...you take 1-2 for stress/anxiety then 3 if you want to use it for a sleep aide. I definitely recommend them!

I'm having trouble sleeping....but I don't take anything (unless it's the weekend) because I'm TERRIBLE with waking up in the morning.
i'm....so....tired.....during the week.

I have sleeping problems because of work. Someone I used to work with swore by this sleepytime tea. She said it worked like a charm and she was more stressed about work than I am!

Maybe you need a new pillow or mattress if not NyQuil ALWAYS works, but you really shouldn't take nyquil and benedryl every night. Soon you won't be able to sleep at all without it.

I'm almost positive that it's stress related....the wedding is 45 days away and while i'm done - financially we're not done...so stress is not fun.

i'm an insomniac. I can't go to sleep any earlier than 3 am most nights (except recently thanks to some awesome muscle relaxants lol) I'm too afraid to take something b/c it'll be too hard to get up...its already hard w/ out it.

believe it or not 10 mg of zurtec (my allergy meds) knock me right out - i dont take them to fall asleep obviously but for some reason they always have that affect on me

i have but that was bc of school and FH is sick again.. so i have alot on my mind...
i have been just up on the comp all night until i literally pass out...
i cant take amien... i took my ex's in college.. u kno to 'play with drugs' i kno BAD idea.. and well i was having hallucinations.... and i scared my roomies...
also i drink tea and snuggle in my bed.
so far thats been working.
feel better and try to get some sleep

That used to work for me but not anymore.
Now I take two SimplySleep They are like Tylenol PM with out the pain reliever, and without the 'hangover' feeling in the morning. I can't get through the night without them.

ive been having lots of trouble falling asleep ever since i hit the 2 1/2 month mark i think..... all i do all day and night now is run wedding things through my head i dont use any sleeping aids though.. i just toss and turn until i finally pass out... hope you get some rest hunnie
