SADLY NO!!!! i have been super busy at work and after i have to go with my sister and mom for her wedding dress and MOB dress fittings. she has a bunch of things to do before her NOV 7TH wedding and i'm trying to help her get it all done!! AHHHH!!!!

By the way.... I did the 30 day shred for the first time on Saturday...and all i can say is.. OUCH. I STILL hurt!!!! EVERYWHERE.. muscles I didnt even know I have.. and I go to the gym alot so I didnt think it would kill me this much lol. How often do you do it? I feel like I need to start at once a week until i get used to the insanity that is the 30 day shred.
