hey hun!!! as i said in my fm, the room looks gorgeous no matter what, and with a minimum guarantee of 150, how can it look too big for you? you would have had to guarantee more for that if it would look to big! Do not be concerned, i wouldnt steer you the wrong way

Our RH fits a lot more than what we are having...over 230, but they are going to set it up to make it not seem crowded or too empty. Don't be too concerned, they know how to work it...

I'm not worried. I dont know what the max for my room is, but I'm sure I'll be under it. My minimu is 160 and Im hoping Ill be able to hit that!

i'm always thinking of things like that... i go back and forth between 'omg the room is too small and we're going to be cramped' and 'omg nobody's going to come because its the summer and everyone is on vacation so we're going to have a big empty room'... i need to relax lol

I wouldn't be concerned at all. I was literally just at the Woodlands yesterday and what they do is they have at least 2 different movable walls that will divide the room based on the size of your party. I saw the ballroom complete open set up for about 140 guests and they looked sparse in the space. so if you section the room off it shouldn't be a problem at all.
I absolutely LOVED the woodlands and I have complete confidence that they will make it work for whatever size party you have. They can even cut down the size of your cocktail room.

dont let him stress you ( he just wants to make more money), im sure it would look nice with 18 tabels, ask your rh if you can come by when the room is set for about 18 tabels or a little less and you can get an idea from there, and make you rown judgment
