Im dreading my honeymoon!!!! I HATE flying.. If FH said we couldn't afford it and we had to go to Lake George...I'd be sooooo happy!!!!
I've always been a horrible flyer!!! Every little bump I freak out!!!
There was one year that I flew like 4 times and it got easier.. but I haven't flown in over 2 years and Im freakin again!!!! anyone else this way too!!!
I hate it.. The anxiety is horrible that I can't even look forward to the honeymoon!!! I know everyone says to take something but not sure if that will help.. I hate being out of control and I think taking something would make me feel even less in control?????

I travel and fly A LOT so it is true the more you do it the more used to it you become -- but I don't suggest flying around just to get practice
Xanax helps a lot of people. It doesn't give you the not in control feeling -- it just takes the edge off and helps you relax.
I take it but not for flying.

I'm scared to death too but I force myself to do it anyway. I was on a flight to L.A. where it was so bumpy that I cried the whole way there. I think if I had xanax on that flight I would have been so much better. Maybe that willl help -- or a nice stiff drink?

I feel the same way! I actually flew in May and decided against flying for the honeymoon. We are road tripping to florida and then cruising out of Orlando. I decided that i would rather relax. I do have to fly from time to time for work and I HATE it. I have flown everywhere though and made it every time :). Its just an anxiety thing but its discouraging!

I am soooooooo scared of flying. When we went on our honeymoon a couple weeks ago I asked my cousin for a couple of her anxiety pills because I was freaking out. They seemed to help a lot. I took one a half an hour before we were to take off.

Im sooooo scared to fly and Im leaving to Vegas in 3 weeks so Im petrified because I never flew that long without FH by my side to calm me down Once Im in the air I'm ok unless we hit turbulence. I need to take some sleeping pills or something because I start to panic and start breathing in and out so loud you'd swear I was in labor or something lol.
