Anyone else doing the Buff Brides or another fitness program?

Anyone else doing the Buff Brides or another fitness program?

New York Sports Club has the BB program equipped with training sessions but it is so expensive for pre-weddng budget. Instead, I bought the book for $15.95.

Anyone else on a fitness regimen? IF so. what are you doing?

I've been doing Taboo and it is working fine. FH has noticed and alot of people at work have too.
I'm very happy about that b/c my seamstress told me to come in for 1st fitting in June. I will be going towards the end of June.

i have been going to the gym for a long time...
i usually go 4-5 days a week if not 6
I LOVE THE GYM!!!!!

I heard about some gyms have the Bridal Bootcamps. I wonder if there are any in my area?

Hiring a personal trainer is a good investment, I believe. I can fit it into my budget, by not going out to dinners few times a week. Ahh.. who needs those dinners anyways :)

I heard about Bridal Bootcamp on TV. They were doing a show from Astoria, Queens, but I dont know which gym.

I bought the book and my FI said that he was noticing a difference after a couple of weeks!!

Yay!! I'm so excited!!

I did buy the book and I can see a little difference but I agree...I need a kick in the butt, especially after eatting all of that Easter candy!!
