I keep feeling like I'm having a half azzed cold for the last 2 or 3 weeks now. It's like the constant sneezing, but no stuffiness, some coughing, but no phlegm, etc. I don't know if it has anything to do with my running on fumes the last few weeks, or the lack of sleep, but today I am done. I feel so weak I can barely function. I almost passed out in King Kullen last night and FH had to catch me. I would go home, but I have no way of getting home until later on today.
I had been feeling weak since Sunday, but now it's really bad. On top of this my gallbladder has been acting up, but I doubt that's a factor in the equation.
Anyone else went through something like this? FH thinks it's just exhaustion.

Re: Anyone else ever go through this?
I agree with your FH. It's probably exhaustion and stress for the upcoming wedding. Your day is so close you're bound to start feeling the pressure now. As for your cold, I know a woman at work whose been battling the same cold since Christmas and she can't shake it off either. It's probably nothing to worry about, but if it makes u feel better just go to the doc and get it checked out so u could put your mind at ease. Fell better!

Re: Anyone else ever go through this?
I just got over mine - I had one and off sniffles, sore throat, stomach ache. I started to take my vitamins and drink more orange juice - and took some Sudafed. I was almost tempted to go to the doctor cause it wasn't going away, but realy I would have to be at death's door to go (I hate doctors!)

I'd say it's fatigue. All the planning and constant going here and there, on top of work and other daily routines catches up to you when you least expect it. You need a few good days of bed rest and you'll feel like a million bucks. Take it easy, you don't want to bring on anxiety anytime close to your wedding day. Fatigue can do that.

Re: Anyone else ever go through this?
Just to be on the safe side, I would definitely go to the doctor. My FH had the flu last week and the only symptoms he had was a sore throat and stuffy nose. I went to my doctor Tuesday, just thought I had post nasal drip and wanted to try to prevent a sinus infection, and she tells me I have an upper respiratory infection. Better to be safe than sorry.

You have to be careful! I run around like a chicken with its head cut off a lot, and end up in the hospital! I usually get very weak and achy, and it feels like the flu, its from severe exaustion and dehydration...and then you get to go to the hospital and get hooked up to monitors and iv's..not something you want to do! Take care of yourself! If you need help with anything give me a call I live 5 minutes away, I would love to help with anything you need!

Honey, are you eating/drinking enough? I'm only asking because you said you almost passed out last night.
Get some rest, eat some PROTEIN, and get some vitamin C. The sniffles sound like my allergies.

Janna, please take time to REST. You've had so much going on - starting a new job, the holidays just passed, you're wedding planning - it's a lot and it can really take a toll on your body.
When you get home, don't DO anything - just relax!!

Re: Anyone else ever go through this?
Thanks all!
Mel, I knew there was a reason why I love ya!! And Jenn I appreciate the offer!
I have a florist appt later on at 8:00 that I hope I can make. I am now getting the chills but don't have a fever, and FH just called to say he's coming to pick me up. So I don't know what it is, but hopefully some fluids and a few hours sleep should do the trick!
And Rachel, you may have been right, when I almost passed out, I hadn't eaten or drank anything in about 9 hours, so that could have contributed.
