Anyone else feel absolutely drained??

I dont know what it is, but ever since I hit the two month mark.. the stress of the wedding and our house is just unbearable! We bought a 'handyman special' back in June and we have been going through heavy construction ever since and the house is still in shambles. I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT!! The stress is literally draining me and I can cry and the drop of a dime. The financial burden of both is playing a major part in all of this, too. Everyone says this should be the best time of my life, yet I'm miserable on a daily basis...

Anyone else going through this?? I guess I just need to know that I'm not alone.

TOTALLY. Ever since my shower I have been consumed with wedding things, and a lot of the time, I am completely frazzled. Always worrying about money. where my dog will stay while I am on my HM, how we will PAY for the HM and the dog sitter, and how I will get the little things done.

My boss is out this week and I am working from home a lot of the week, and it's helping me get a lot done around the house (tomorrow, all my shower gifts are going into the attic first thing in the am, before it gets hot), which helps me concentrate on the wedding stuff. When I have laundry piling up to the ceiling, a dirty apt and tons of errands to do, the wedding stuff seems insurmountable. But being home most of the day, I can do other things while checking email every so often, and I am so much calmer.

Yes. I think I had a mini nervous breakdown at that same 2 month mark. The wedding feels so close, but you are not ready. I feel the same! I am just counting down the days till HM!

You are not alone, I have been feeling the same way. And forgetting almost everything. I ahve to calender things everywhere. There is just so much to do.

You are definitely not alone. My job was making my life a living hell and I was not getting to enjoy our new home or the wedding planning. I got laid off (which was a Godsend) and I am actually able to get stuff done. Now our house is almost finished and I've been interviewing for a new job. It definitely was a blessing in disguise!

OMG- you are so not alone. The two month mark was pivotal for me also. I wake up at 4am with the craziest thoughts and then I can't go back to sleep because I am fraking out about something that is really nonsense. A few weeks ago FH and I started to look at houses and just looking sent me over the edge. I told him there is no way I can handle both so the house will have to wait til after the wedding. We orginal planned a Meditteranean cuise fo our HM and I am so glad we changed it to a relaxing all inclusive because I am going to need 7 days of not thinking about anything, alot of alcohol and many massages!

Yeah def. not alone, not so much drained just everything i think and breath is wedding related adn i am finding that annoying! As much as I am looking forward to the day I am also looking forward to things going back to normal and having my life back.

Yes.. I am drained thats for sure. I thought this week would be the calm before the big one next week but I was wrong. The past 2 days I've done nothing but run around

10 days to go.. Mexico here I come!!!!!

You're definetly not alone! I cried at work today because shipping of my ringbearer gift got screwed up. That was after I smashed my phone so hard on the desk that I broke it. Lol...im pretty stressed! It makes me feel better to know that Im not the only one though!

yes....I don't have a house...I don't know how girls here get married and buy a house the same year...kudos to you guys but I could not do it...

School starts up soon and I teach Child psych. on the side of running a teen program but I am just so drained lately and just looking forward to the wedding day...so I could stop planning and stop day dreaming about it

Yes. I feel for ya gals buying houses on top of all the wedding stress. How you are not having breakdowns is beyond me. I would be in a padded room by now if we attempted that. We had started 'looking'..but that was too much for me.

Every day I come in here and see this ticker counting down I stress a little more...now it's 44 days, and then the list in my head begins. All the things that have to be done. I wake up at 1:00 remembering things I forgot, and then I can't fall back to sleep. My stomach is constantly churning....so yeah...I'm feeling it too.... You are DEFINITELY not alone on this one....
