I know I'm only expect like 120 guest max at my wedding so I'm obviously not getting a large ballroom no matter where I go.
When I see the rooms I am being given set up at the number I have I just feel like every table is on top of one another.
In the case of Fox Hollow 1/2 of 2 tables were on the dance floor already making a tiny dance floor near impossible to use.
Douglaston Manor is beautiful and I have yet to see it set for my amount of guest but I can't help but feel it's going to be crampy.
CLM I am seeing set soon, I'm really hoping it's not the case like the others.
I can't afford to have the amount of guest the larger rooms require. This is probably why I can't choose a hall. I'm just so unhappy with every room they offer me for my amount of people.
Anyone else feel this way or experiencing this problem?

What about the Riviera? I know that's supposed to be nice for a small- to average sized wedding.
ETA that they do outdoor ceremonies, also on the water.
I ended up canceling my appointment with them cause they were extremly rude to me on the phone.
That was just on top of some things I had read online and one person on here shared with me about their experience there.

i wasnt in the same situation, since we had a larger guest list, but you might want to look at places that do one wedding at a time. not sure of the minimums, but they usually have larger ballrooms and arent squeezing you into a smaller and often less desirable room.
i dont think 120 is all that small, that's still probably 12 tables.
