Anyone else feel like they're parenting their DH & their child!!!!!

Grr... my DH has been ticking me off sooo much lately.. He forgot how to pick up after himself, how to put dishes three feet over in the dishwasher, and how to be a grown up. I feel like I have two 2 year olds... How do I stop my son from picking up all of Daddy's BAD qualities, when my son wants to BE his Daddy???????


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

oh yes, and I was going to say its all about cleaning up after himself.

For example- I am a vegetarian but I took time out of my day to make my FH some great chicken for when he came home from work. I was EXHAUSTED from work myself but did it anyway. When he came home I said please remember to put it away when youre done and I went to bed. I woke up at midnight and it was still out!!! He had only eaten half.

So I slaved over something I wouldnt even eat for him even though I was exhausted and then it went to waste???

OMG I was so and also were not rich. I dont waste food!

I have no advice since my DH is the same way!!!

I'm at the point where I'll leave whatever dishes he's used out and only clean up after myself.

I totally understand, I truly figured out that if my husband was away for a month I woul dnot have to to anything MORE but have someone cut the lawn! I do everything else, including taking care if him and the kids!!! Oh, well, I still love him like crazy and have just learned to live with his flaws but also recognize his many wonderful traits. I wouldn't have stayed with him for 15years if I was not crazy about him, I can truly say that other than my parents, we have the most fun and close relationship that I know of.

No advice, other than, hang in there.
