Yay! Congratulations!!

Coral and ivory are going to be great there! I'm going to do ivory and hydrangea blue. I am also hoping to have the ceremony there, if I can find a Catholic priest to marry us there!

For the ceremony, are you going to have a runner down the aisle? How many people are you having? How are you setting up the floor?

Who are you using for your florist and photographer? Are you having band or DJ?

Basically I want to know everything and anything you're willing to tel me!

I just saw all this!! We're not having a runner down the aisle for the ceremony, we're inviting 140 but hoping for 120 to come. I would love to have the middle open and just have the tables on the sides so we can use the middle as a small dance floor.

Our florist is Hidden Essence and our photographer is Jayd Gardina. We only wanted to book a photog that has shot there before because it's tricky to shoot there because of all the windows and cathederal ceilings.

And we're having a band but still trying to figure out where they should be set up, we have East Coast Band and it's 6 pieces I think...

Does anyone know how many this can seat comfortably? We will probably be around 150 and would like a good sized dance floor. Any info would be appreciated. Trying to decide if we should take the fairly long drive out there. Thanks!

I THINK that they said that they're capacity is 200 and they can sit 175 comfortably, but I'm not sure, it was awhile ago. It is kind of a small place, and we are hoping to keep it at 120, but I feel confident that they can comfortably sit 150.
The dance floor is not huge.

We got married @ OFC last Sept. and chose to use the bar area as our dance floor / band set up. This worked out SO well! We sat in front of the fireplace with our closest family members at the tables closest to us and had the younger people / drinkers sit closest to the bar / dance floor. It was great b/c if someone wanted to linger by the bar they almost had to dance! We had about 130 people and three rows down the main area. I think it was 2 tables of 6 closest to the windows and a table of 5 down the middle. Just a thought :)
