I realized at my final fitting this weekend that the corset I had was making a large lump of unnecessary backfat. So I tried on the dress without it and voila, backfat gone! My boobs are small enough to go braless, and I didnt even need cups, Im just hoping no one notices
Anyone else doing this?

Re: Anyone else going braless for their wedding?
hmmm this is very interesting when i tried my dress on with a corset bra i did have a bit of a backfat issue (sooo attractive). Maybe I don't need a bra?? I'm a C cup but my dress is a corset so maybe I don't need one.
That would be AWESOME. The backfat is the main reason I am trying to lose weight before the wedding!
thanks for the idea Mel

Re: Anyone else going braless for their wedding?
I am really contemplating not wearing one because I feel like it's such a hassle. I am having my first fitting on Saturday, so we'll see. I really want them to just sew in something because I DO need some padding

I can't wear a bra because my dress is a backless halter...I am having cups sewn in.

probably having cups put in, for my own security. I could go braless but I am really self-conscious that someone will be able to tell!! I'm wierd like that!

Considering I'm having cups sewn in, thats technically bra-less. So yeah, the fellas will be free as soon as my dress comes off. Thank god!!

I'm going without. Mine ties up the back (whateveryou call that) so I don't think I'm going anywhere, at least I hope not!

I would love to have that kind of confidence....but I'll be wearing something that cinches the waist and try to push it all up and give some illusion of boobage

I need something to lift me up since I am flat as a board lol, so I am getting a heavily padded bra

Re: Anyone else going braless for their wedding?
I think i am. I think a corset bra will, as you mentioned, just cause unnecessary backfat...
My dress is a corset, and ever since I had my reduction 3.5 years ago, my ladies are higher then ever - even higher than the seam on most bras. I think I can get away with it...
I'm definitely wearing SPANX, though! I haven't tried them yet, but if they do what everyone swears they do, I'm definitely using them.

I AM BABY!!!! i have no real boobage that i would NEED a bra. My seemstress is just gonna put some lined cups in my dress but that not to act as a bra but to give me some more boobage (hopefully)
Same here!!!! Im so small that i CANT go braless. Instead, I bought a pair of those 'chicken cutlets' from VS (they're like $50 and they make you 2 cups sizes bigger) and I'm getting the seamless long bra from VS (in a C-cup since the cups need to big enough to hold the chicken cutlets). My friend did this for her wedding in May (she's as small as me on top) and she looked great! It pushed up whatever tiny bit of cleavage she had and made her look very womanly

Re: Anyone else going braless for their wedding?
I went braless for my wedding and it was great! A bra was to many layers and showed lines in the dress. If your dress is fitted on top, it should be fine w/o one..........if you have big boobs, they can sew cups in for you......
