Anyone else having a 'cocktail reception'?? Invite question

I'm having a cocktail reception from 1 - 4PM, meaning open bar with three stationary hors d'oeuvres and 4 passed throughout.

Do I have to say 'cocktail reception' on the invitation?

I think its best to mention it. THat way people dont come expecting a full meal. I think proper etitquette indicates that guests SHOULD NOT expect a full meal at that hour anyway but its better to be on the safe side.

Something like:
Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvre Reception
Time
Location
