My FH does NOT dance! I have always dreamed of my wedding and my first dance being this great dance and really sweet. I cant even get him to slow dance with me! I had to BEG him to dance 1/2 of a slow song with me at his sisters wedding! he only agreed cuz i started getting upset and his sister yelled at him lol

He might get used to the idea. you have some time. I would suggest dancing around the house wih him, going to a dance lesson for fun. Make him feel comfortable.

FH no dancey.... he will do the first dance and maybe MAYBE do one or two other dances. Its just me making a jacka@@ out of myself on the floor.

same for me. He'll dance the first dance, any slow ones and maybe a coupleotheres towards the end of the night. Other than that, he'd be miserable so I wouldn't expect him to dance much.
Don't worry, he's going to dance your first dance, but just don't be unrealistic, most likely he'd be uncomfortable with some big production choreographed thing.

My problem is that FH wants to take dance lessons and do a Waltz as our first dance but I just want it to be natural so I can have a moment to take everything all in. I don't want to have to concentrate on remembering dance steps.

just get alittle alcohol in him and maybe that will make him shake his booty... works with me but seriously...my FH refused to dance with me for like the first 4.5 years of our relation ship... then we went to a friends wedding and I guess love was in the air or something because he danced with me all night. After thatw e started taking dance lessons, and they are seriously more fun than you'd ever imagine...maybe you can talk FH into giving it a try?

I say go for dance lessons. he will get more comfotable with it. and they can coreograph something for you two.

Complete opposite here I am absolutly petrified about our reception because I dont know how to dance! Like I can slow dance but when it comes to fast dancing forget about it!
FH likes to go out on the dance floor and make a fool out of himself........
