anyone else having problems w/ optonline today?
my optonline e-mail is not downloading to outlook, and none of the computers in my office can get to their web based e-mail either. i've talked to some people who are having no problems at all. what gives?
ETA--so I called and the recording said that there are service outages in Bay Shore. Ok, I am not in or near Bay Shore but I think that the last time I had a problem, they also said it was in Bay Shore. I guess I just have to wait it out.
