We met with our officiant today and when she started talking about our vows and our ceremony, I wanted to burst into tears! I'm seriously afraid I won't make it through the ceremony b/c I'll be hysterical crying!! Tell me I'm not the only one.

Re: anyone else having this problem?
From the beginning this has been my fear. I am very emotional and will definitely cry thru the whole ceremony and probably before the ceremony

Re: anyone else having this problem?
I was talking with one of BMs the other day about this... I was trying to figure if I think I would cry. When I think about certain aspects of the wedding I feel a little emotional, but I'm not an emotional person. I didn't cry when my daughter was born, but my BM pointed out that I was out of it from the narcs (c-section). Maybe if you let yourself get used to the idea and cry a little now you won't do it at the wedding?

I don't know. When I think of it actually happening, I lose it!

Re: anyone else having this problem?
I thought for sure I'd cry my eyes out through the entire thing, but I didn't. Don't get me wrong I was emotional and my eyes kept getting watery, but I was just SO excited & happy that I had this huge grin on my face and I couldn't cry. Even during the vows I felt like jumping up and down more than crying.

See I am the total opposite... I am not very emotional. It taks a lot for me to shed a tear but everyone is convinced the wedding day will throw me for a loop, btw being so happy and it will be the first time I won't be living with my parentsthey are convinced I will b hysterical.
I hope not

I know I think that too. I have no idea how I will be. I've been so emotional lately, i cry at every thing that has to do with weddings. We'll see what happens

Re: anyone else having this problem?
I am extremely emotional and so is my mom. I know when I see my mom crying I am going to start crying myself. YOu are not the only one.
Here is a funny story for you. When my mom was getting married she was crying so much that the priest asked her if she was sure wanted to marry my dad. He didn't realize she was crying tears of happiness. LOL...
I know I am going to cry myself b/c I am just very emotional and the day will be very sentimental to me.

I did...I cried at anything weddind related! Songs, bridezillaz ( ) anytime we had a meeting and had to go over the final plans i wanted to cry but always fought it. The day of the wedding-I DID NOT cry once!!! I think I had gotten it all out of me prior to the wedding
