I was feeling better yesterday so I decided to go outside and start shoveling so FI wouldn't have to do the whole thing by himself.(He went over to his mom's to shovel her out first). He was so mad when he got back and saw me shoveling but I convinced him that I was fine and begged him to come to the mall with me. Well this morning I wake up and my head is pounding, I have no voice and I have a terrible crick in my neck. I know, I did it to myself!

I was home sick today as well, but not from shoveling. I didn't sleep last night, my throat is killing me, my head and ears are pounding, my body aches, and I have so much gunk in my throat! I'm feeling a little better now, but that's because my medication is still working. If I still feel like crap tomorrow, then I may not go in as well.
Feel better and make sure your FI gives you a nice neck rub!

I was home Thursday & Friday....and I feel (almost) worse today! I've sucked it up and am goig to the Dr tomorrow. It all started with a sore throat...then became a cough, lots of congestion and phlegm. Ugh. I feel like a s s.

It sounds like I could be getting what you have, CP. I got a flu shot last month so I'm hoping that it will lessen the outbreak of whatever I have. Feel better!
