Is anyone a hypochondriac like me? lol

I freaking ALWAYS think something really bad is physically wrong with me over the smallest thing!

It's tiring man lol.

Hahahah i am!!!! I go to the doctor with my own diagnosis.... all she can prescribe is a CHILL PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me & webMD best friends for life!!!!!!

i am totally the same way....every ache/pain i jump to the worst case scenerio...

the internet doesnt help either bc everything you look up is telling me i have some crazy diseases

i am the same way. i freak out over the smallest of pains. if i get a paper cut i have to call FH & he has to calm me down. FH is always asking me if i need to go to the hospital.

lol if FH or anyone asked me if i need to go to the hospital i'd freak out and say, 'why?! Do you think i need to go? You think it's that bad!'

well i dont necessarily think that is a bad thing bc i had minor back pain went to the doc and it turned out to be serious...better be safe than sorry..hope i didnt freak u out more!

I am so the opposite...last summer I had a kidney infection and I didn't go to the doc for a day and a half because I thought it was just gas and I didn't want the doctor to laugh in my face lol...

Funny you should say this...I've been poking my neck since yesterday...I know I slept funky, but it's bothering me tha it hurts!!

YES! OMG if I have a headache I think it is cancer bc I am constantly on my cell phone... cramps I swear is some crazy disease like mylaria... I am so bad with that stuff

I am! The other day I was in a meeting, and my left arm starting hurting, then I got a pain in my chest. I convinced myself I was having a heart attack when in reality, I think I pulled a muscle working out. Haha, wedmd is the WORST. My doc told me to stay off there because it will just put ideas in my head...lol.

I'm not a hypocondriac, I'm pretty much actually ALWAYS sick or wounded.

I've had broken arm, broken leg, broken tooth, stitches in my lip, sprained ankles, torn ligaments, pnuemonia& bronchitis at the same time, concussions, the flu multiple times in a row, i've almost drowned 2X, I've been in the ER about 5 times in the past year alone, I was in the ER as a baby and no one knew what was wrong with me, I had a horrible reaction to an antibiotic I got off months ago and I'm still suffering from it.

My latest ailment? I have a huge, horrible migraine today and I had to leave work early because I couldn't function. When I get migraines, I get really nauseous. As I was driving home, I upchucked all over myself and my car.

God help me.

Im a terrible hypochondriac. Its so bad that I actually give myself symptoms of things. If a new disease comes out on the news I start getting the symptoms and freak out. I constantly think I have blood clots in my legs. Its terrible cause no one knows whether to believe me or not and I dont know whether Im actually having symptoms of something or if its all in my head.

FH is so like you. He goes to the doctor at least once a month writing down 'things' that are wrong with him. He goes through testing, specialist and everything comes back negative. Hypo indeed.

I def diagnose myself before I go to the doctor too! I almost feel bad when I walk into the doc's office and point blank tell him 'I have ..(insert illness here)....I KNOW IT...I checked it online!!' ...gotta say tho, I'm usually right so in my defense, i'm prob saving him time on figuring out the diagnosis!
