anyone else not LOVE their dress?

anyone else not LOVE their dress?

I've had my wedding gown for almost a year, and now I am starting to doubt it. When I tried on the sample in the store it was ivory and I ordered in white. The white is just well so white. Also my dress is strapless and now I'm concerned that I will be tugging at it all night long. My wedding is only 4 months away and I am thinking about trying to get a new dress. I haven't told my FH or anyone for that matter. I spent so much money on this dress I feel awful for even wanting a new one. Should I just stick it out?

You should LOVE your dress that you get married in. I think you should look around a liitle and see if you find something better. You could always sell your other dress.

if u have the $$ 2 get a new dress go for it!! as for the issue with the dress falling down, if u have good alterations that shouldnt happen, and you could always add straps to it if you want. Do what makes you happy though.

Did you have your first fitting yet?
I went through the same thing but once my dress in, I fell in love with it all over again.
Don't worry. That feeling will come back once you try it on again.

if its bc its strapless and you think you'll be tugging on it all night then i wouldn't worry about that. When they fit you for the dress, they will fit it perfectly on you. When i went for first fitting i felt it a little loose on top so felt it slide a bit, i told them it needs to be taken in. Next time i went it was fitted perfectly to my body and wouldnt slip at all so didnt have to tug

ok well first off.. you can have small straps made to put on your dress... i have them for my strapless dress and i can put them on and take them off as i please bc the seamstress is going to put buttons in my dress they attatch to

i really hope you fall in love with your dress again.. you were in love with it when you bought it.. maybe you are just stressing

Try it on again first! You may fall in love with it all over again

I had doubts about my dress too... wondering if I should have gone for something poofier or with more lace, but when I tried it on again I remembered why I loved it. When I wore it on my wedding day I knew it was the perfect dress for me and I have no regrets!
