Anyone else unhappy with Silverfox?
I haven't been on this site since my wedding. But, I was just wondering if anyone else who used Silverfox for video and photography is unhappy with them? I know I sure am. Why you ask?
A) The videographer was with us for 9 hours. My UNEDITED video is one hour and 20 minutes. What the heck happend to the other seven hours and 40 min?????? Now, I'm not planning on sitting around watching 7 hours worth of video on a daily basis, however, it would have been nice to see. He missed so much! After the amount of money I paid, I expected more. Silverfox's response to this? 'That's just the way our video's are'
B) I gave them a lengthy list of specific pictures I wanted taken throughout the day. Now, granted, I have about 1000 pictures, however, I'm missing a LOT of important pictures of important people that I requested. For example, my husband's grandfather is not in one single picture!!! At first I thought I was being petty, but, i paid for a service, I expect it to be good and I expect it to be what I asked for....
C) My unedited video was played in my dvd player approximately 2 times and now it no longer works.
So, I was just wondering if anybody else experienced this with Silverfox. And to those of you that are researching photographers for your wedding, I don't reccomend Silverfox!!!![]()
