FH and I need to finish up our registry. Has anyone been to the one in the city? We pretty much got a lot done already.. just need to add a few more things and were thinking of doing it after work. Would you recommend going there? I heard that it is smaller than the one on LI and in NJ.

The one in the city is real small. They mainly have fine china and stemware. THey don't have the pots anhd other houseware stuff. If you want more info just FM me.

i'll probably be there at lunch today! it's definitely smaller. plentyretty good with crystal and fine china. very limited on accesories, casual china & as mentioned, no housewares really. plenty of jewelry though!!!

you could also just add stuff on line if you have a general idea of what you want....

It is really small - its just like the other girls mentioned - i've been adding things online - they have a pretty good selection online - so maybe you can go there - and just supplement online?

sometimes adding online does help b/c this way people can always order online - we found some of our stuff (added to our registryat the li store) wasn't available online and made it harder for people to get if they just wanted to buy online!

It is horrible, don't bother. They have not renovated it since what looks like 1972.
