sorry, not going on a cruise, but we are going to Anchorage in Sept for a few days. i've only heard good things about the Alaskan cruises though!

YES, I did! We went in Sept 08 and did a seven-day through Princess and left out of Seattle. It was INCREDIBLE, we had the best time!

I might FM you too. This is what we are planning to do for our honeymoon! Both land and cruise!
we did a little research already and the major line is Princess but Celebrity also has Alaskan cruise that are supposed to be very good. We are likely to book with Princess.

my sister and my parents went... they did it through my parents RCI timeshare... i dont know the cruise line but i could find out from them

We booked the Alaskan Cruise-tour for our honeymoon. We are flying into Vancouver and then picking up the land tour for 5 days and then crusing back up to Vancouver 5 days with port stops in between. We are not beach people - burn to easily, so we thought the Alaskan Cruise would be different! Can't wait! Its through Princess!

I did the same last June and it was AWESOME! Let me know if you have any questions!! I asked for the corner room in the back and it had a larger balcony with a great view.

we just got back from a cruise (not alaskan) but we met a couple who has done 2 aqlaskan cruises. one was on holland america and the other was on royal and they said hands down that holland america was the way to go

I did an alaskan cruise with princess. it was a land (took a train along the coast at some point) and sea package and it was amazing! fm for info and i have pics in an album if ur interested
