I am soo pale! and skin cancer runs in my family so I am afraid of the sun. Has anyone tried the spray tanning booths? Do they work? Do you wear a bahting suit in there or is it private so you can get nekkid?

I never have, But I want to..i do not understand it either..how does it not stain your clothes..i would LOVe more info on this as well.

yes, i liked it...except it took a long time for the stuff to dry. I recommend it.
ETA: it doesn't stain your clothes because you go in with just your underwear on...It washed out very easily. It is a private room...with a glass booth. At least that is what it was like where I had it done.

I have done it..I am very pale and it looked horrible. I looked orange. And it does get on you clothes right after. And it wears away in less than a week. I think it was a total waste of money!

I went ot Hot Spot in Huntington Village. However, I didn't go close enough to the wedding so I was sort of pale again by the time it came around.
You should really go like once every week or so.

I've never done that, but I have had my tan airbrushed by a esthitician (sp?). Came out very even and looked great. A lot of salons offer that. If you are willing to travel to Staten Island I can give you her number

Two thumbs down for the fake tanning booth- ESPECIALLY for fair skin. It comes out streaky and it STINKS!!! I couldn't breathe right from it for a couple of hours after from the strong smell. I went to Hollywood Tans.
