Anyone ever have any luck...

at getting bumped up to a different class on the airplane because you pulled the 'We are on our honeymoon' card? Or if anyone has any other stories of getting bumped up.

Haven't tried it yet. But will when we leave for our honeymoon. I used to work at the airport as a check in agent and we would never upgrade anyone who wasn't dressed nicely. So dress nicely. I don't mean you or your FH have to wear a suit, but no sweats and sneakers. Good Luck

My only story is actually the airlines fault. I was traveling with an ex and we had a connecting flight in Atlanta. The first flight was delayed by over an hour, so we missed our connection. When we went to get seats on the next flight, they said they would put us in first class for our troubles. We didn't complain. LOL.

My SIL had this happen on her honeymoon. We took her advice and wore our Bride and Groom gear but had no luck. We did however get bumped up to the best hotel rooms in every hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon so don't waste your money booking the ocean view, top notch rooms!
