Anyone ever hear of Heritage Inn in Pt Jeff?

I'm looking for an alternative to the Holiday Inn. Apparently this place is right across from the harbor, but I lived in Setauket for 20 years and I can't remember ever seeing it. Is it sketchy? (I'd check myself, but I live in Chicago now).

The Heritage Inn is right across from the harbor. It is on the righthand side of 25A as you come down that big hill into PJ village. It looks so-so to me - not really sketchy but not really nice. They have a big sign that says 'Cable - HBO' or something outside. I have never heard anything bad or good about it - Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance!

My grandparents stayed there during my wedding. I think they have some efficiencies. It's not glamorous but I think it's a modest, clean place to stay and very convenient to Port Jeff activities.
