Okay, so for some reason I woke up early this morning and put on the TV. There was informercial about the workout program hiphop abs. It looks pretty good, so I actually ordered it. I just wanted to know if anyone has it and if they like it?

I was up early and watched the same infomercial and ordered hip hop abs too!!! I can't wait for it to come. I really hope it is good.

OMG...I was at the gym watching it on the infomercial and bought it also! It made hink that i shouldnt waste money on this and save it for wedding stuff...but i just happen to have it in this afternoon, and one video stopped with 8 min still left on the DVD...i am trying to figure out if it is my DVD player or the DVD itself!!...i got fustrated and signed onto LIW...see how motivated I am...lol

Yes!!!! It from Beachbody.com. I must say, their vodeos are awesome. They are some of the best I have tried. I am really big into working out and rarely purchase videos because I get bored quickly. I purchased Turbo Ja, and I love it. The music is great, and the moves really target the core (abs). I have not tried the Hip Hop Abs, but definately would recommend Turbo Jam. I am going to by the advance set next

I have a lot of Beach body videos including hip hop abs...
I agree Turbo Jam is awesome and I also love Yoga Booty Ballet (more for just toning) and Power 90 but Hiphop abs is not really a hard workout at all...probably one of my least favs of the dvds I have...it is fun but doesn't push me at all.

i agree re: hip hp abs...how is power 90...is it very hard...do u know where to purchase a pull up bar?...i have taken kickboxing, cardiokickbox, martial atrs classes, but had to stop to save $$ :( i was a little intimidated by the website/video but i like a challenge is it very intense?

Don't know where to buy a pull up bar? Sports equipment store?
I found the strength training 3/4 of Power 90 challenging but not the cardio piece. FOr me it's not as fun as TurboJam or Yoga Booty since music is boring, etc...I had borrowed these from a friend so haven't done them in a long time but still do (and own) the others..good luck!!!
