Anyone getting married at Villa Lombardi's?

I've booked my wedding at Villa Lombardi's for August. Just wondering if anyone else is getting married there.....going for food tastings??

Amy, it's so funny that you just posted. My sister go married there 3 years ago and I was just telling her it was weird that no-one on this board is getting married there. Anyway the wedding was outrageous no slips!!! Everything was perfect. People raved about it. I would have got married there if she didn't!!! You'll love it.

We booked for June 30, 2001. We are so excited! People have raved about the place and especially the food. Did you attend any of the showcases they run?

I didn't attend any showcases but my sister did when she was looking. I'm getting married on June 29,2001! We're so close!!!

Amy, Im getting married at Villa Lombardis this August 17. What date are you? The place is beautiful and the food is great. Is what I loved about it also was tha Cocktail room. I have a big thing when I go to a wedding and there is NOT enough seating at the cocktail hour. There room is huge. What vendors did you choose. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Diane

Hello Ladies. I was wondering what vendors everyone is using? Are you using those suggested by Villa or have you branched out on your own. I have heard such great things about Villa that I can't wait, good luck!

I am getting married at Villa, the only vendor we booked from there was Patken for Photo and Video, The other photographers didn't do anything special considering they were there all the time so they said .It was obvious from Patken's photos as well as speaking to sveral Brides and Groom's we met who were using Villa that Patken was the way to go. They are expensive, but well worth it. We looked at Tommy Tunes in there Selden location,My fiancee loved them, We wanted Joe he was booked though.We then went to the showcase and were dissapointed with their other performers. We wound up booking DanceJock. Scott is doing our party .He is great. I would say Patken and Tommy Tunes are the only exceptional vendors they reccomend. TT only if you are getting Mc Joe or Mc Tommy the owner

Maria, we also booked Patken. My sister used them and they were great. She had Steve (who we are also using). We also booked Tommy Tunes and have Joe. He seemed like a great MC, and will help people to dance. What other vendors did you go with? We are getting married on Aug.17,2001. Good Luck!

Diane, That is so great! My wedding is near yours August 26th... I chose James Cress florist, Skyline Band, Paul Marino Photographer, St.Patrick's Parish Bayshore, Premiere Video, Make-A-Wish foundation instead of favors, Wedding Wings Dove Release, Royal Brass Trumpeters, BayShore Bridal for dresses etc. That's alot of stuff!!!! What about you?? I'd love to hear who you're using and if you could recommend a limo service, and hair and makeup that would be great!!! My E-mail is [email protected] Thanks and Good luck!!!
