Anyone go to Chateau La Mer food tasting yesterday?
Just wondering if anyone else got to taste all of CLM's dinner choices last night. Me and FH went last night, just the 2 of us and it was so cool. They brought us this huge tray of food and my FH practically ate everything on the tray. He said the steak was great and I loved the salmon.
Plus the room looked beautiful at night, I can't wait to get married

I didn't go but I've been to one before. The food is amazing, right? Did the wrap up the leftovers for you? I didn't have to cook for a week after that.

We didn't go last week, we went when we first booked back in Feb w/ 4 of our fam members... but isn't the food great?! We took home leftovers too.
I love how the ballroom at CLM looks at night too!!

We took home some leftovers, but my FH seriously went to town and there wasn't That much left over, he didn't eat all day in preparation for the dinner, when the tray came out with all that food he looked like he'd died and gone to heaven
Personally I loved the seafood!

We went to a tasting in March with both sets of parents & we had so many leftovers...yummmmmmm

How did you feel about the service? I was not impressed... maybe they were understaffed?

Really, I'm surprised. When I went we had our own dedicated server waiting right next to our table.

Yea I had one server and she brought me any drinks I wanted. It was awesome and all that for a just a tip!!! I told rob it was the cheapest nice dinner he ever took me to . LOL

Wow- I'm really suprised to hear about the service because we have been to two tastings and we always had impeccable service. I can't wait to get married either!
