Anyone go to the Huntington Hilton Bridal Expo yesterday??
Hello ladies....I went to the expo yesterday and I felt that it was helpful. Did any of you go and if you did what did you think??

I went...I thought it was pretty much 'run of the mill'. They first advertised that there were going to be over 60 vendors there and there were maybe 30. I didn't think it was worth the 5 bucks to get in. The shows held by the individual halls are much better in my opinion. At least you get to taste the food and see how the hall is set up.
They really need to do a huge expo like they do for the boat shows at Nassau Coliseum. With the amount of wedding-related businesses on LI they could surely fill that venue!

The problem with the coliseum is the price. They have a lot of unions that have to be involved with their events, so it really increases the price. So each vendor would have to pay a lot to participate.
