On a related note, I'm vegetarian! I probably should have mentioned that before...but I almost always find something. Sometimes a harmless soup like Minestrone or something can use an animal base, though!

awww this is so considerate of you. My MOH is deathly allergic to peanuts, even if there is no peanuts in the food, if god forbid it even touched peanuts somehow then that will cause a horrible allergic reaction. Even if theres a strong smell of peanuts that will cause her to get sick, i remember being on a plane with her and people around us eating peanuts and her throat started closing up. Its scary and she always has to be so careful, her bf cant even eat peanuts and then kiss her. My Dh is also allergic to peanuts but not as sensitive as MOH
I know, kind of a pointless post but having a close friend who has to carry an epi pen at all times and has had to be rushed to emergency room, just thought it was thoughtful for you to even think of this.

wow that stinks! My good friend is allergic to all tree nuts. At her wedding they missed something and made truffles with almond oil..needless to say she needed to go to the emergency room! So terrible!

I used to have an epi as well for a peanut allergy but I grew out of it thank god!
I got some things to throw on the tables but i wanted to see if anyone was allergic to peanuts becuase certain candy are not processed with peanut (usually organic) so i wanted to see if anyone couldnt have normal candy <3

glad to hear you grew out of it. Many do have allergy to peanuts as a kid but then when they get older they grow out of it.

I was a vegetarian my entire life until two years ago... my stomach got so bad that I can no longer take vitimins or pills (not from being a veg from ulcers sicknesses etc)
I miss it though...its hard to eat burgers sometimes
