Anyone had their E-Party at their RH?

Anyone had their E-Party at their RH?

We are looking for places for our e-party. I have heard that some RH’s will give their brides a cheaper price for an e-party if they booked their wedding there? Has anyone seen this? Is it worth looking into? I really can’t afford to go overboard on the e-party, and it might not even pay to have it at the RH, but I figured it was worth looking into if they would be abe to give me a cheaper price. Just wondering if it was all rumors though lol

ive never heard of this...but then again i never asked. i, personally, wouldnt want to have the party in teh same place

if you call a bunch of places and have your e-party on a non-fri/sat night then you can probably get a good deal.

we did our e-party in the backroom of a restaurant and we got a great price! totally happy with our choice

I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't want my guests to come to the wedding and feel like 'been there, done that'

Totally agree!!! Many places drop the prices for parties ...but put 'wedding ' in front of it ... cha-ching cha-ching

makes sense! Thanks girls for the opinions! :) Much appreciated!
We are starting to call places now!
Jsut out or curiosity, what place was it> Did you ahv a DJ or anything and was it a formal sit down dinner? I was unsure of doing it in a restaurant, bc then I felt its more like a Rehearsal dinner, but if places have a back room that you can do it in and not have a dJ (we are trying to keep it less expensive) that might work out!

We have having ours at Westbury Manor - they eneded up being cheaper then some of the restaurats my FIL's looking into. We have a cocktail half hour and a full sit down dinner - we are having a DJ and favors too. Yeap - mini wedding LOL

But the price for them was great - I think it was something like $40-$50/plate.

Their first idea was to have it in the backroom of a restaurant where they could have privacy and a DJ - but couldn't find anything they liked. But I think it's a good start.

I know it may sound silly - but even look into some local bars that serve food. If you want to keep costs down you can do snacky type foods and drinks - don't need a DJ b/c they will most likely have a jukebox (spelling!?).
