Anyone have 2 (legal) middle names?

Does anyone have 2 middle names?

If I were to make my last name a second middle name and still keep my regular middle name, would both middle names have to appear on things like my driver's license, etc.?

Right now, I'm Kara Patrice LastName.

I'm 100% set on changing my name to Kara Patrice FHLastName.

I do NOT want to hyphenate or have two last names AT ALL (not an option for me). I'd rather lose my maiden name altogether. ETA - also I will NOT drop my middle name either.

I would not mind having 2 middle names, so I could me Kara Patrice LastName FHLastName.

I know my cousin's son has her maiden name as a second, legal middle name. However, seeing as he's only 7, he doesn't have a driver's license, etc. yet!

So... if you have two middle names, do you have to use them both all the time?

(Wow, that was long-winded and confusing - sorry! )

I'm pretty sure thats similar to what FSIL did.

She dropped her middle name completely and her maiden name is now a second legal middle name.

I think that her drivers license says:.

Kara LastName FHLastName.

I know that's an option, but I want to keep my middle name. I edited the original b/c I forgot to put that - sorry!

I wondering how those people who were given 2 middle names at birth handle documents, etc. If it's a hassle, I won't bother keeping my maiden name at all.

Turns out my office mate has two middle names and her driver's license has both initials.

Okay, for whatever reason, I feel better now. She said it hasn't caused any problems for her -- so good to know!

I know this is not what you want but I imagine it would be similar in how you handle it--I have two legal last names without a hyphen, just a space....my ss card and drivers license both have all my names, everything else I had to choose what to do--mostly I put Jean M. Lastname1 Lastname2 but other places it is Jean L Lastname2 or Jean Lastname1 Lastname2....space wise it gets tricky but otherwise okay...I have some friends who have two middle names but don't always use them both. GOOD LUCK!!!

I wanted to make my maiden name a second middle name as was not allowed to by the Town of North Hempstead. I was told to choose either my maiden name or my middle name as a middle name. It had to do with a lot of bureaucratic BS in terms of filing paper work. On a rare occasion, I will use all four names, though it is not legal.
