Anyone have a bad experience with Royalty. I did.

I know that several people on this board have used or are going to use Royalty. I would like to hear your positive and/or negative comments on them. I had a very bad experience with them the first time I met them. I want to find out if it was just an off day or if I should definitely stay away from them.

Surprised to hear that- We met and booked with Pat of Royalty Monday night and found him very professional. We gave him a run down of 'who needed to be where and when' and he gave us a few suggestions on car combinations that would work. His suggestions worked out as high$ medium$ and low$ alternatives that would all work for us.

We booked last Friday. I think with Pat. At first it was a little confusing because we were just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. But then after a few minutes Pat came over and showed us around, encouraged us to get in the cars, set up pick ups mapping out all the details, I felt much better. Nice guy.

We booked because of their reputation. We found lots of limo companies at the same price so we needed something else to help us decide. They have tons of cars and a good reputation. We have two friends who used them with rave reviews. Hope this helps. Choosing vendors is stressful.

Nothing but good experiences w/ Royalty...

We know three couples who have used Royalty for their wedding, and everything went smoothly with each. We were very happy when we met with them and thought they had the best customer service of the limo places we checked out. Mike was nothing but friendly, patient and fun. If it would make you feel better, go back for another look. All Star limos had come highly recommeded to us, and we gave them three chances. They struck out, giving us the run-around each time. I know other people here have used them successfully, but there was no way I was going to feel comfortable with a company like that. I`m happy with our choice of Royalty.

Good Experience for my wedding...

I used them for my 12/2/00 wedding. Pat was great. We called first to let him know we were on our way to check out the limos. Maybe that is helpful so they are expecting you....I don`t know. We got good prices from them. All I did was tell them the address of the places we were going on our wedding day and that was it. I didn`t need to tell them much more than that. They know their way around Queens. They were on time. THey cheered me up before I got to the church because I was bawling. Pat forgot to write down on the contract that I get a free limo at the end of the night....so I called the week before the wedding and the girl told me it wouldn`t be a problem. That night I got a 10 passenger limo to take us home. It was great! We booked the 10 passenger limo, 6 pass limo, and the old Cadillac (I had to fit my dress and my 6 foot 5in husband in a car). We had tons of room in it!! I hope this helps! ;)
