I got a Blackberry so 'the man' (aka my firm) can keep track of me. Problem: I signed onto AIM and I don't know how I did it. But now I can't sign off and I don't remember how I found AIM on the Blackberry in the first place. Anyone know what to do?

Try using the web browser on the blackberry. You have to make sure you sign off AOL before you close it on the blackberry or else it leaves you sign on.
Why not ask your computer department where the AOL software is? Each brand of Blackberry is a little different and has different programs.
