Anyone have a problem with their Channa Plaque?

Anyone have a problem with their Channa Plaque?

So Channa was wonderful with creating me as many proofs as I wanted until I was totally happy. We went back and forth and she made the process easy. So I finally decided and placed the order, paid and just today received the email confirmation that the plaque had shipped. She attached a picture of the plaque and the colors look NOTHING like the proof :( I'm so upset. I realize I haven't received it yet to be able to look in person, but it looks nothing like the proof. Has anyone had an experience like this ~ the final product was not the same as the proof? If so, how did you and Channa handle it? I'm so disappointed.

My colors were correct and the actual plaque looked better than the digital sample. I suggest that you email her ASAP. I know I got a tracking number but it probably wasn't dropped off at UPS until a day or two later.

How off are the colors? It's so hard to tell what a color actually is on the computer compared to the color in real life. I would email her ASAP and see what she says to do.

You should really wait until you get the plaque in your hands before you start to panic. Sometimes the coloring from the computer doesnt do it justice. If there is any issue, I'm sure they will be happy to replace it. Hope it works out!

Agreed.

I didn't have problems with the coloring but when I received mine there were marks in the finish that were very reflective and obvious. I sent Channa pictures and she made me a whole new one and it came out perfect. She was great to work with.
